Certainly, for Adobe CS6, most of your build would be along reasonable lines (not too sure about the Storm Trooper, tho). The GTX570 isn't a very efficient card, but does work well with Adobe CS. I'm not sure, as I don't use it, whether the same is true for Vegas. I would recommend you check. Subject to your being happy on that point, I would change CPU cooler to a CoolerMaster Hyper 212Evo, and it might be worth having one of your hard drives a bit faster, possibly Caviar Black. You're not thinking of RAID, are you, as both should be same.

Personally, I quite like liquid coolers (though others might disagree). It's not a problem, with modest overclocks, as they won't be working too hard, but the fans on the Hydro's are fairly basic, and get very loud, at high speed. You can always change to quieter fans, for high overclocks, if it's an issue.

Thanks, What Do You think of This Liquid Cooler?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106190 I Have Heard that it works better than The H100.

As For Noise, I Dont Mind, But If It Gets too Loud It Gets Annoying, As I Spend At Least 14 Hours- Per Day Editing

Don't know it, myself, and difficult to find reliable reviews. Sounds as though performance is quite good, but quality, and ease of fitting less so. Reckon if you're going to go closed loop liquid cooling, the H100 takes some beating, apart from noise issue, but that's more a question of degree of overclocking, than length of use. Like I said, if noise does become an issue, it's easy enough to upgrade fan quality.
