Ultra lsp 750w on HD 7970

I got new computer parts and after installing the vga drivers for my HD 7970 i got green screen and sometimes a black one after windows welcome screen. Is tha because of my PSU?
my sys specs:
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
AMD FX 8350 4Ghz
Visiontek 7970 3GB
Ultra LSP 750W
Water cooler: Seidon 120M
