Upgrading froma radeon 4350????

I have a radeon 4350 that i want to upgrade from. I play alot of league of legends and it seems to do ok on it but it just wont play d3 really well and id like to be able to play that.

My computer has amd athalon 11 x2 240 processor, a 580 watt psu, and the slot is pci-e. I have 4gb ddr2 memory

I have looked at several cards on newegg but am unsure of the best one for me. want to spend less than 150.00 so any suggestions

Well thanks to absolutely no help from this forum I have solved my problem. Thanks to another forum I have found that my psu isn't good enough for the 6850 and am going with a 6670 for this computer. I will be starting a new build soon.

As someone whom dosent have much knowledge about computers I was refered to this forum and told it was the best. I will post my build for critique and hope that the forum can be more helpful
