Is 100% GPU usage okay?

My new GFX card is running at 100% usage when running most games, something I haven't noticed before. The temps are fine, with cooling 70c max (90F Ambient)
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Its not OCed and seems to be running fine, just wondering if it shortens its life span.

Currently playing: Sniper Elite V2 1360x768 max settings. 30-60 FPS

its a good thing, the more the merrier. I can't get past 99% and I think my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu :( 

Its good that you are able to use the full potential of your gpu and the temp are fine too.
