Hi,
I am very pleased with the results taken in RAW on my Nikon D70
but the photos taken in JPEG, especially the colours, don't seem to be as
they should.
Perhaps my settings are incorrect?
Any suggestions please?
Thanks in advance.

Which color gamut are you using? It would help if you specified your
settings.

In what way do the colors not look correct?
Wrong hue? Too Light/Dark?
On Screen? Printed? Both?
Have you calibrated your Monitor?
Are you using a CRT or an LCD Display?
We really need a lot more info before we can offer any reasonable advice.

Graham, can you describe how the colours seem not right, this will help
pinpoint the problem. Might be a good idea to check that your white balance
control isn't set to a manual setting.

There are several knowledgable D70 users on the DPNow forum - they'd be
delighted to help you.

Good point - if your JPEGs are being recorded in Adobe RGB, for example,
they may look flat when displayed by an application that can't display Adobe
RGB properly and, it has to be said, most can't.
