Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to customize Windows XP Pro to allow
non-Administrators (for example, a Power User) to defragment the volume?

Thanks.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security Settings > Security
Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Perform volume
maintenance task.

Then assign the user or group here to perform these tasks.
