Ok, Ive been running with my Sapphire Radeon HD 5670 for a while now. Im looking to upgrade so i can play alot of the new games at ultra graphics, At a playable FPS. (BF3 ME3)

What im wondering is what would be the best graphics card/Graphics card setup for $300... And will a graphics card for this price be able to run games like BF3 And ME3 On ultra? (Id be willing to go up to $350)

And would a single card or two cards in SLI/Crossfire Be better?

More about : card 300

MSI R7950 Twin Frozr $350($329 after rebate) : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you want to wait another two weeks the gtx 660ti is coming out and will have great performance, however the 7950 should still be better :D

According to this review, the 7950 was beaten by the GTX 660 Ti in nearly all of the benchmarks at 1920x1200 resolution.

Ah, nothing like a fresh biased opinion. I can always count on matto17secs to insult amd cards and worship nvidia. Tweaktown is one of the worst websites to get benchmarks from. An overclocked 7950 is on par and trades blows with an overclocked gtx 670. The 660 ti will no doubt compete with the 7950 at stock clocks, but amd tahiti gpus overclock much better than nvidia keplar cards.

If you don't plan on overclocking then by all means wait for the 660 ti. But if you want to squeeze the best performance for your money than the 7950 leads the way for the price/performance ratio when overclocked.
