Generally 128kbps is considered good enough for most peoples ears.
You may notice some improvement using 160kbps, but of course you'll get
less music on the phone. Avoid transcoding existing MP3s however, because
the quality loss will be noticeable.

n6230 is stereo. so i would go for the 128 kbit
