I saw a good deal and bought "AMD Phenom II X4 Quad-Core Processor Model 975 3.6GHz Socket AM3, OEM (Black Edition)" CPU for some 70$. I need to just for the normal day to day use and also to run torrents and watch movies... I don't play games on desktop. Can you please suggest a good motherboard for reasonable price? Definitely dont want to spend more than 80$ for CPU. Also, please suggest where can I buy the RAM memories too for cheap? What else do I need? I already have a box that I built 3 years back with some ECS motherboard and intel dual core processor. I was planning to use the PSU, cooler and anything else that I can reuse from that box.
Appreciate your help in advance.

ASUS M5A78L - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Its $60 supports 125watt cpus and great, only issue is if the cooler from the other build is compatible to fit on AM3+/Am3. RAM newegg, tigerdirect, for non gaming I would say a 4gb of ram which costs under $20.

What psu would that be?
