Looking to upgrade my rig

Hi, This is my current rig.

1) Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120

2)ASRock H61M-DGS LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

3)G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-4GBNS

4)Antec VP-450 450W ATX 12V v2.3 Power Supply

5) Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3400832AS 400GB 7200 RPM SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

6)Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

I'm looking to switch the Power supply to a CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD or CORSAIR CX Series CX750 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified. Not sure which one I should get.

I'm also looking to buy a GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card.

I'm uncertain if the graphics card will be able to fit into my case, it looks huge. I'm not too sure about the different brands of the Radeon 7970.

Are these parts compatible with my motherboard? Games that I might play are Guild wars 2, League of Legends, different Fps's and others. Suggestions are welcome and I would appreciate any help on this matter.

PSU no problem the card on the other hand is too long for your case. I have an XFX DD 7950 in that case and that is as long as it can take or 10.5".

Buy the Corsair TX750M instead of the Corsair HX750 or CX750. Its cheaper and right in the middle of those two power supplies...

As rolli59 said the GPU is too long for your case... Buy a GTX 670 instead

You will need to upgrade your CPU as well, the i3 you have right now will bottleneck you in Guild Wars 2. I've experienced CPU usage close to 100% on all 4 cores on my i5-3570 using a GTX 670.
