New windows 7 laptop wont connect to internet

Hello,
I have recently purchased a dell inspiron laptop running windows 7 but every now and again it looses internet although it says it still is conected to my network and my old laptop running vista still has internet, can anyone help

You said you recently purchased this laptop. My suggestion would be to call Dell Support.
