HD 5450 Update $70 (3000-4000 INR)

Hi Community.....
I am using HD 5450 on my pc
My specs are AMD AThlon 64x2 Dual Core 2.1 GHZ
2GB Ram
Windows 7

Please suggest me a new graphic card in this budget $70 (3000-4000 INR) and configuration
I want to play latet games like spec ops the line,ghost recon future soldier.....i dont want that it should be work on high profile..

Its ok either of they have lowest profile but no lagging.Like my 5450 sucks a lot

what is your psu?

a hd6570 or a hd6670 DDR5 would be a nice upgrade within that price range.

also can you tell me that my 5450 has only passive heatsink...i want to install fan..is this possible??Can you please give me some links tutorial...i will be very thankfull to you....

Don't install a fan on a 5450 card. Even if you manage to get a fan assembly really cheap you are going to end up throwing it away because, even if it does lower your temps, it won't improve performance at all.

Save your money and get a Radeon HD 6670 card. It's a nice upgrade and it most likely will not overtax your PSU.

I was saying that i want to install fan because

1). i have overclocked it.
2). Same card is available of HIS(mine is of Saphhire) with fan
3). I watched video where user was playing max payne 3 using this card...and my pc lags a lot
