Watch my PC movies on my HD TV?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to watch my movies on my PC from my HD TV in the next room wirelessly. I've been searching at things like the Boxee and Roku player, but they are offering a bunch of things I dont need like Netflix and YouTube. All I want to do is watch my PC movies on my HDTV in the next room over with my wireless network. What do I need to do this?
