I know that measurement-wise it looks like it will. But, is it a good idea? Would there be any conflicts, or anything I should be aware of?

Thanks, guys.

P.S. - If anyone is interested - this is the wishlist on Amazon for the build that I am specifically asking for.

The card only fits if you remove the removable HDD bay. The card is 11.69" the case only takes 10.75" cards with the removable bay in but plenty of space with it out.

I can't tell... is there two drive bays? What does that mean if I am going to have 1 DVD drive, 1 SSD, and 1 2TB drive?

You will be fine with the bay removed.
