Confused about 1080p Monitors

i just want to know why the 22" and 23" etc" etc" monitors have same resolution 1920 x 1080? you guys can call me me dumb but i still want to know

It's because resolution doesn't depend on screen size. And 1920x1080 is a very popular resolution. There are even 50"+ TVs made with that resolution .

what im thinking is that the bigger screen size the bigger resolution XD

That's not quite the truth .

screen size only dictates a tiny bit of resolution. for instance, most 1920x1080 resolution monitors usually start at 21.5" or larger sizes inthat range will retain 1920x1080 till you have a screen with enough pixel density for 2560x1600
