i can't access to my desktop properties

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.customize (More info?)

iam using win xp home sp2 , and it was working good , after that i changed
the themes of the win to it defult , then it was also good no proplems till
now.then i can't now access to the properties from all ways control panel ,
right click even with some thems programs , it can't be opened , just the
system works then nathing happen after that , i don't now why .
please anyone help me
