First Gaming build, need help.

Approximate Purchase Date: (e.g.: this week (the closer the better))
It's my first build of any kind so I'm pretty nervous. I hope you can help!

Budget Range: 0-1600ish (can go a bit further, but not preferable)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, screen recording while gaming, live streaming

Parts Not Required: I need everything, including peripherals

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.com

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: Maybe (if too much maintenance, then no)

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe (same reason as overclocking)

Monitor Resolution: Not really sure, just need best quality (will be screen recording for gaming commentaries and such) for my budget.

Additional Comments: Like I said, I am using this pc mainly for gaming commentaries. I would prefer Razer peripherals but if they end up costing too much, then we can drop it. Also, I'd like to keep in mind ease of installation, considering this is my first build. Also, I do need new heaphones, a camera for video chat (preferably good quality) and an external mic, Like the snowball. Thank You!

Add whatever keyboard and mouse you want and you're good to go. I don't suggest those things as they're entirely personal preference.
  2. Instead of the 660ti, I would go for the 7870 GHz Edition. Its about the same on most games. MSI has the best.

Other than that, g unit's build looks fantastic.

  3. Most anything on Amazon can be found on Newegg and vice - versa. This build allows you to add another one of those cards later on in SLI.

I realized that's almost the same as my build but with a different cooler, video card, SSD, and PSU. I have the 7870 GHz edition and it's a great card.
