Where is this plug?

So I just recieved my z77 asus mobo and It requires a 4pin and an 8pin 12v EATX power plug from my psupply but I cant find any that are only 4 pin

The closest thing to it would be on the PCI express power connectors, the have 2 pin extensions on them but I dont think those would work

My old Mobo only needed the 24 pin plug + an 8 pin additional one, this mobo has a 4 pin also? Can I skip it?

What kind of 4-pin connector does the motherboard have? A four-pin CPU connector or a 4-pin Molex peripheral connector like that used by IDE hard drives and IDE optical disk drives?
