Athlon ii x4 640 and 2 hd 5770s

i was wondering is my cpu bottle necking my 2 gpus? because i have been testing out my pc in crysis 3, and i think with the 2 hd 5770s i could at least run it pretty good on very high with 2-4 msaa?
also i have 8g dd3 1600 ram, and a gs600 psu
