Which GPU should i get?

Hello,

This is the specs of my computer:

MoBo - Intel® Desktop Board DH55TC
CPU - Intel Core i5 - 650 @3.20 GHz
Memory - 4GB RAM (3.24 usable)
System type - 32 bit
Slots - PCI slot/PCIe x16 - 1 of each
Current GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5500 series

Guys, I want a GPU upgrade - which one should I get?

Sorry guys!

My budget's ceiling is and and around $120 and my PSU is one that can handle up to 450W. I'm not a techie so please ask if you want any further info..

Maybe a 6850/gtx 560 for that budget? However I'm not sure if the PSU is enough...

The best thing is if he gives us the NAME of the PSU. 450W says nothing about the amount of power it can deliver. We need specifications about the 12v rail.
