SSD Installation

Hello,
I brought Samsung SSD 830 series 128GB D/AM to upgrade my system.I don;t any thing about its installation.Please guide me Step by Step how to install it for fastest performance.I have already 1TB WD black edition installed. My system configuration is as under:-
!Motherboard ..Asus P8Z68 Deluxe
! CPU..Intel core i7 2600K
! Memory Corasir DDR3 2133 .16 GB
!Power supply..Corsair TX 750 V2
! GPU.. AMD Radeon 6970 2GB
! OS. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
