Voltage de cpu intel 4

Hello,i have mother board biostar of 95w
and CPU intel P4, when i start the pc , it wrote max CPU voltage over 95w
what should i do

Well since you didn't provide three CPU model if be forced to assume you are using an incompatible 103W or 115W CPU...

As far as what to do, whatever is seeing with it isn't worth wasting money on. A cheap desktop would cist less and be far superior
