Compatability Check

I recently purchased a new computer and it won't start, I was told check here to see if it is compatible, any help would be much appreciated, here are the parts.
CASE COOLER MASTER | RC-311B-OWN1 R

MB ASUS|P8H77-V R

VGA EVGA|015-P3-1480-KR GTX480 1.5G

PSU XFX| PRO750W P1-750S-NLB9 RTL

CPU INTEL|CORE I5 3330 3.0G 6M RT

MEM 4Gx2|GSKILL F3-1333C9D-8GAO R

HDD 1T|ST ST1000DM003 7K 64M %

Had a couple other parts, which don't affect the system at all really (network card, drive etc.) but any help would seriously be greatly appreciated, I know the issue isn't the RAM, the case, or the psu, so it's down to the cpu, motherboard or a compatability issue.

The motherboard supports your chip, but you'll have to update the BIOS to make it boot.

How would I do that? Because that explains why it won't boot, thanks by the way.
