What do you think of this silent build

Hey guys, I'm trying to build a very small and quiet pc that has a lot of performance.
But I'm not sure if my psu can handle it :S
Do you guys have any tips for me ?

Get an i5 instead and a 600w.

Yea I would just get an i5 to get more performance and less heat, therefore less cooling is needed, and therefore less noise.

They also make power supplies as well, but they are expensive.
