This is my custom build, is it all compatible and will it handle my needs? The biggest use will be Starcraft II and Fraps.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 (02G-P4-2670-KR) 2048MB GDDR5 | 915 Base Core Clock, 980 MHz Boost Clock, 6008 MHz Memory | PCI Express 3.0, Dual Display, DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI, DisplayPort
System Drive: OCZ (VTX3-25SAT3-60G) Vertex 3 2.5" 60GB SATA3 6GB/s Solid State Drive

Everything checks out but...
You don't need that much wattage, unless you're planning on SLI, and I've never heard of that manufacturer. Please consider a 700-750w PSU from more reputable brands. You can get better and more reliable ones for your budget.

That looks awesome but the H50 is crap - go for a Noctua NH-U9B instead.

Also make sure your RAM is low profile and get a different SSD - the Vertex 3 is so unreliable that it's hard to recommend it. The Samsung 830, Crucial M4, and Plextor M3 are better bets. If you want something different check out the Corsair Neutron or Mushkin Chronos.

I'm not too sure about that power supply either - go for a Corsair CX750 or a PC Power & Cooling Silencer.
