HD6670 ddr5 or GTS450 ddr5?

i have two problems...
VGA ECS GeForce GTS 450 1024MB (1GB) DDR5 PCI-Express 128bit NGTS450-1GPL-F
or
VGA Sapphire Radeon HD6670 1024MB (1GB) GDDR5 PCI-Express (326-2L) 11192-12-20G
???
and.. a 300 watts PSU will handle the Radeon HD 6670 properly?
and GTS 450? 350 watts maybe?
