First time build, $1500, looking for comment

This is going to be the first time building a computer. After doing some research I have made a list of parts, and I’m looking for a compatibility check for the parts and also some suggestion if there might be a better choice. Primarily it’s going to be for gaming with a little web surfing.

I’m thinking my list is pretty good but I am wishy-washy about what video card to get and it’s hard wading through to HD 7950/GTX 670 argument. I am willing to pay a little over $400 for it if necessary. If I do a dual video card it will be in a year or two and I would just buy another of what I have in there if I do it. Since a lot of the conversation about cards has a “depends on what games you want to play” I’ll list my two big ones Eve online and Fallout 3.
