First Time Gaming PC Build Advice

Hey guys this is my first time doing a PC build and I was hoping to get some feedback on the build I came up with. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am an avid Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 player and I would like these games to run at high fps, no problems. I run into a lot of fps lag currently because my computer, well, just plain sucks, so I am hoping to be able to be lag free. Also it would be awesome if I could run the games with maxed out graphics..easily of course. Thanks guys!

  1. Go for a Corsair CX750 as opposed to that PSU and make sure that Vengeance RAM is low profile but otherwise that's an awesome build, good choices all around.
  2. i'd swap out the PSU for:

a 750 watt is a bit too much and a bronze is better than a 80+

overall a i5-3670K and 7970 will give you what you are looking for.
  3. Look, i'll tell you something about your motherboard. I have the same motherboard. The reason they are so cheap is because they are 3mm thinner, which makes them flop more, and the screws aren't standard ATX. It was a real pain, as I just upgraded to my new HAF X today, and I couldn't use guide on the case for the mounts I had to use.
  4. what MOBO do you guys recommend?
