CPU & GPU Swap

Hey guys need some help. I have ordered my new FX 6300 along with my Radeon 7950 and will be replacing my old ones. Which should I swap out first CPU or GPU. Would it be ok to put both in at the same time? I know I need to update my BIOS before but is there any tips to make this switch easier? Any help is greatly appreciated.

update your bios.

shut down

Remove GPU/HSF/CPU

Place new CPU

Place HSF

Place New GPU

boot

that's the way i would do it.

Replacing one by one isn't a bad thing to do as well.

You can replace whichever one you want first. But it's easier to replace the cpu & heatsink first then put in the new gpu.
