Extra Bays to fill in Case

I have a cheap $20 Optical Drive to fill in one of the 5.25" external bays. What else should I get?
There are:
Three more 5.25" external bays for use
One 3.5" External Bay
Any good but cheap fan controllers? (LEDs preferred)
The case is a Zalman Z11 Plus
