Extra Bays to fill in Case

I have a cheap $20 Optical Drive to fill in one of the 5.25" external bays. What else should I get?

There are:
Three more 5.25" external bays for use
One 3.5" External Bay

Any good but cheap fan controllers? (LEDs preferred)

The case is a Zalman Z11 Plus

They are going to be annoyingly loud, especially once the bearings go,
I'd throw in another fancontroller(In addition to the Sentry) and setup some uber airflow or lighting on it
