Login failure due to: remote host not responding

I am able to connect via VPN from my office wireless. In my home I am not able to connect. I got the error as Login Failure Due to Remote host not responding. I have wireless connection in my home. I am able to surf internet and also able to ping the ip mentioned in VPN. Please help asap.
