I was wondering will a Cooler Master Hyper 412 Slim heatsink fit in a Cooler Master Elite 311 case?

Heatsink dimension 132 x 106 x 160mm / 5.2 x 4.2 x 6.3 inch - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6796

Case dimension (W x H x D) 190 x 450 x 477 mm / 7.5 x 17.7 x 18.8 inch - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6705

Other parts:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 GHz Black Edition

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3

RAM: 2GB Kingston DDR3 1333 MHz - 2 sticks

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB

PSU: Corsair 650W TX V2 series 12cm fan 80+

Please do help me out here. I don't have much exp. in system building - especialy with installing 3rd party coolers.

So I would be better off with a smaller one right? Maybe I exaggerated with choosing this heatsink... How about Cooler Master Gemin II M4. It wouldn't take up so much space. The price is really good. Yes it would be louder, but the cooling should be alright for my CPU?

I read some reviews and they say it is a good cooler for its price. Will it serve well while gaming? Most of the reviews tested it with i5 or i7 Intel CPU's and I reckon those are more demanding than my Phenom II x4.
