Everything is fine except for the PSU. I would personally go for Corsair, Antec, XFX, Seasonic and Silverstone PSUs, they have much better quality.

OCZ PSUs are okay. Especially the ModXStream series.
Get a 1600MHz and save yourself some cash. You won't notice a difference in performance.

AMD CPUs work differently when it comes to RAM speeds. :D  He would notice about a 10% performance increase from 1600 to 1866, but that isnt much.

I still dont trust OCZ lol. Never recommended/used one.

Ah, never knew that. Thanks for the info. (:
I've been looking at PSU reviews recently and found OCZ is a reliable manufacturer.

He should be good then. :D

Thanks guys!!! , Don't think I will downgrade RAM. 10% decrease in performance is enough for me to say "No-No". But I definitely change the PSU then.

Also I was thinking wouldnt Bulldozer be better? because mostly I would be doing Video Editing and maybe minimal gaming. I heard that Bulldozer its really good for editing because of it "shared resources in cores". But Bulldozer is inrease in price so for first build I guess I stick to that :)

Thanks again for great responses!

The extra RAM speed only makes a real difference when you are looking at the APU's. The Phenom 2 is not an APU. That build is solid btw.

I dont think RAM speeds only matter for APUs, and will continue to believe that unless you give me proof. :D
