how about that system? no problems? no bottlenecks?
 
Yes, no bottlenecks, but you don't need the cooler for the i5-3470, the stock one is fine, unless you want something more quiet.
Also it might be worth getting a h77 motherboard, if you need the sata III ports in the future and the ssd caching.

I know that on the B75M-D3H there is only one SATA3 exit in contrary in the H77M with x2 SATA3 exits..

I think that the stock cooler is a loudly one and not effective as the cooler I have showed here...
Is the cooler Zalman 7000V SI quiet enough or better get the 8000T? ( I need something quiet and effective)
