equally priced? go with 7970,it's faster out of the box plus you can overclock it further for better result.
spend half on a 1080p monitor and half on a 7870 or 7950 if possible.

EDIT:
use: GPU demanding games, lowres but with AA
Screen: 1 monitor, 1680X1050
OC: No
OS: win7 for at least 5 more years.
What i want: Silent card that will last long, without errors/bugs/faults. Maybe SLI/CF in the future(got space)

The Asus GTX 670 DirectCU II is the only card to ever score a Perfect 10 on TechPowerUp.

Faster than a GTX 680:

Dead silent:

It's perfect for your resolution. I recommend you also consider the benefits of staying within the Nvidia ecosystem: good drivers, PhysX, Adaptive VSync, better game compatibility, FXAA, and coming soon TXAA.

So much wrong with this. But anyway, I say go for the 670.

Edit: And yes, the ASUS DCII is the model to go for.

Ty for good answers!
You are confirming what my brain tried to tell me.
Ill go for the 670.
Do you have any links regarding OC and GPU lifetime?

Sry, but this makes no sense. I suspect youre mistaken 1650 native res with 1650 res on a 1900 screen.
