Best CPU Cooler for AM3+/Rosewill Mid ATX case?

Hey , so I have an AM3+ AMD-FX 832 at stock speeds, but I plan to overclock a bit or a lot. I have a Rosewi Mid ATX Gaming Case (Challenger) with a rear fan (120mm) and top fan(140mm) and some front fan that doesn't matter. So what I'm asking is:
What's the best CPU cooler (water cooler preferably, since I want to try them out) would be best AND fit in my case? Also, which fans do I remove? Also, the price range would be anywhere to $100 or less. No more. Thanks guys,

at that price u will only get a closed looped water cooler. its still using air to cool the cpu. id recommand this as ur case isnt that great for water cooling setups and the dh-14 can do just as good as the h100i water cooler.

Is the one you have pretty quiet even under load? My stock fan doesn't get too loud under load and I don't want to increase the noise with one of these coolers.
