Made PC vs. Custom PC

Hello guys i am making a pc and i found this PC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227435 I am wondering wether i should buy this or make it. The parts i have are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Case: Antec One Illusion ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair 500W ATX12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-222BB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

I may switch up the Video Card because it has been out of stock for a while. And while im here also will the HDD work with the Mobo?
