This should all work, correct? And another question, will this power supply be able to handle a pretty decent overclock and another 7970 in the future? O and I'm not set on anything here, so if you have any suggestions PLEASE tell me. This is alot of money and I want to make the best purchase possible.

At 1080p, there is no need for 2x 7970's. You'd be fine with one. So, get a 600-650w PSU. The Max. V Gene is mATX, so it's small. Best to get the ASRock Extreme 6/4. Also, the H100 is beat by the cheaper Noctua D-14 air cooler for $80.

I have no intentions of getting another 7970 for awhile just want to future-proof myself as much as possible. I'm aware the V Gene is mATX look at my case. And as far as the Cooling goes is the Noctuna alot louder or not. In case you can't tell by my case I'm going for a quiet little monster.

I use the noctua and it's very quiet. It's not PWM unfortunately, but it does come with resistors if you want to drop the RPMs on the fans to go even quieter.

It is HUGE though, you'd have to check and see if it would even fit in your case.
