Is my motherboard dead?

I just finished building my (first) PC and it will not turn on. I initially thought that it was my PSU, but it works just fine when I do the paperclip test. I made sure that everything was properly connected, but it still won't turn on. I don't know what else to do.

Okay I found out why my computer wasn't turning on. My motherboard came with a set of M-connectors, which solved that.

New Problem: I'm now connected to my monitor and I'm not getting any video.

I have reseated my RAM and my video card, everything works, but I'm still not getting video. I've tried HDMI and VGA (my monitor doesn't have DVI).
