Gtx 550 ti fps problem

hi i have just bought and had installed a asus gtx550ti graphic cad along with an ocz 650 psu i am trying to run farming simulator 2011 pro farm addon and it wont run it more than 30 fps. i have spoke to someone who has one and tey can run it at 60 fps.

i have instaled the latest diversand the rest of my system specs are below

AMD Athlon II x2 445
8gb kingston Ram
500gb hdd
as rock N68-VS3 UCC motherboard
OCZ 650w psu with a single 12v rail with 46 amps
and the gtx 550 ti

any help is much appreciatd
