~$1200 system, should i do it?

ok here is my 1200 build ive decided on, any feedback and advice is appreciated. (also if anyone can suggest how to shave off 100-200 without comprising much performance would be appreciated)

purposes: gaming, i wanna also stream my games as well.

CPU
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz or the i5 3570k, atm ive decided on the 2500 but i can be persuaded ($20 diff)

Looks great! The 2500K and 3570K perform very similar in games, I'd get the 3570K because it's newer and I like to have new things :p But it doesn't really matter eitehr way.
If you want to save some cash, don't get the sabertooth. Although it's a good board it's overpriced and chances are you don't need most of it's features. Get an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 or equivalent. Personally I'd use that money to buy an SSD.
Perhaps you could also save some with an lower wattage PSU, but it's always good to have some headroom so I'd probably stick with the HX750.
And get a larger HDD for the same price. Such as this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148337 With as SSD as bootdrive HDD performance is sort of irrelevant.
