Hello,
i have new pc
zotac 680amp
i7-3770k
ga-z77x-ud3h
4gb 1600 mushkin
westren digital sats hard drive

the problem is i have problem when near edges in games like the edge is moving when i am looking at it when moving around it "no frame rate change"

when walking in games some times like part of second lag " idon't know how to describe it but not fps frame rate as i guess"

the screen i RCA ! i did run it on full hd tv and having the same issue

the vga card heat is maximum "53" and using gpu-z i read the maximum is like the standred max!

so guys help me, iam thinking to replace the vga card but it will cost me around 100 dollars for shipping
is it from the vga? what do you think?

edit1"
P.s: the problems also happin with TF2 !!!
i think the edge proplems in the game is worse than my old vga card "9400gt"

also deus ex human rev
metro 2033
fallout new vegas

i check it with PES 2012 was no problem "probubly not that high preformance to check with"

the nvdia driver is 301.42

Solution
I'm not exactly sure I understand what's wrong here, can you try taking a screen shot or maybe a video so we can better understand your problem better?

Also let me add, RAM might be an issue, with such high end parts (i7 3770 and 680) I don't think 4gb is enough. Try monitoring your ram usage while you play, if you see it stays at 100% all the time, you should add another 4gb. Only 23$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226287
