Parts Preferences: I would like an ivy bridge Intel core i5 CPU and 8 GB of Vegenance RAM

Overclocking: If possible.

SLI or Crossfire: Not this time.

Your Monitor Resolution: Don't know

Additional Comments: I can't speak English well so i'm sorry if I made any mistakes.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My PC is broken (hard drive) and it's very very old, so I don't want to replace hdd I just want a new PC

With a £500 budget, it is very difficult to also fit in a decent graphic card, with a i5 CPU. It is often better to use an i3, to leave a little more for other things. You lose very little, in most games. What is the resolution, of your monitor. That will help us judge what is the best "mix", for you.
