Computer shuts down when playing games

Hello,
I had recently fitted a nocturne cooler to a 2500k I5 Intel processor and run it on a gain-ward golden sample graphics card.I have overheating problems, when playing high end games.
My PC is not overclocked and sits at 23 c on idle. As soon as i put any loads on it such as a game the temps rise very quick to 36c and it shuts down after a while.

36C is not near a heat shutdown threshhold - some overclockers idle at 36C. I'm going to point my finger at your PSU as being the most likely culprit here. What is the make and model of your PSU?
