Hi, I kinda need you help thank you, I'm confused as to GTX 670 I should get. I've narrowed it down to 3 options:
EVGA GTX 670 FTW (I have a storm trooper with all 6 fans filled)
Gigabyte GTX 670
MSI GTX 670 PE
They all cost the same so I'm confused. Thanks in advanced.

Ok then thank you I'll go with the MSI PE as it has better overclocking but I've seen some reviews which says it doesn't overclock very well as it's already been overclocked to the maximum.

not true....

it has the best VRM (phase management system) in the business.
so not let one person's inexperience sway your choice.

MSI PE Overclocks better than other cards. It may say 'doesn't overclock well' because the difference between stock clocks and the maximum overclocked clocks are less.

You can see this review in Guru3d:

http://www.guru3d.com/article/msi-geforce-gtx-670-power...

Skip to the Overclocking section and they say the 670 MSI PE can go for ~1300Mhz Boost clocks. Good isn't it? The original boost clocks is ~1100Mhz.

umm.. MSI cards as far as I know is always pretty good. I don't know what you mean by 'many complains in forums' because other brands also got a good amount of 'complaints' though.

I know this is about a week old, but rather not start a new topic, will buy the GPU before September, the GPU will be used to play BF3 on 1080p 120hz ultra(with no AA), CPU is i5-3570K:

I am facing the same choice: EVGA GTX670 FTW 399.99 vs MSI N670 PE 404.99(after a $25 rebate)
Both

FTW recently dropped $8 in price(from 407.99) and immediately sold out on newegg tomorrow with the Borderland 2 promo, not sure if they will restore the original price when they restock. Seem like all GTX 670s are offering this.

FTW have a lower core clock but a higher boost clock, I hear PE overclocks higher and have less noise(could care less).

The case is going to be Corsair 500R, with the 220m side fan set to Exhaust for PE(Open Air) and Intake for FTW(Blower style).

Which one will give me the best performance?

p.s How good is MSI's rebate card?
!
