Hello i need help because i want to buy a Nvidia Gtx 560 Ti graphics card but i don't know if my cpu is suitable

Foxconn 45cmx Motherboard
2gb DDR2 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
I dont know what my psu is but i know its not good!
