Is my cpu suitable for the graphics card i want?

Hello i need help because i want to buy a Nvidia Gtx 560 Ti graphics card but i don't know if my cpu is suitable
I have:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2Ghz Processor
Foxconn 45cmx Motherboard
2gb DDR2 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
I dont know what my psu is but i know its not good!

it is a casecom 500w

Well a 500w should power that set up quite easily, its just whether or not that particular psu will or not and i cant say as i only ever buy branded psu's and have no experience with casecom apart from their cases..

well im looking to get a corsair 650w but i toying with the idea of buying a new motherboard and cpu aswell
