Which one is a better Graphic Card

Hey guys out of these two cards which one is better graphic as a replacement for my integrated graphic card. My PC specs are:
Intel core i3 540 @3.07GHz
PSU - VIP 400R SMPS
RAM - 3.37 GB usable

its a 6670 which is stronger then both of those cards.
