Location 1 : how can I go wirless from my DSL modum to the sending antenna in the attic? DSL Router to what hardware to the sending antenna ????

Thanks,

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I think we need more details here. Firstly I doubt an antenna can send 2.4Ghz signals for two miles unless it cost an extremely large amount of money. What make and model is this aerial?

It will be cheaper to give the location two miles away its own DSL service.

Thanks for the reply. Distance is not a problem at all. I am currently doing it with 2 antennas (one sending, one receiving) Currently using hardwire between antenna and computer/DSL modem. Like to do away with the hardwire !!
DSL at receiving end is not possible as the local and "only" supplier has been working this for years (or so they say). Sending side is in another county ... they have DSL !! PS. We live out in the sticks. VERIZON is also not an option.... no signal.
