Is my motherboard compatible with this CPU?

Hello,
I currently have an AMD Athlon II X4 635 which I am looking to upgrade from for something faster.
I'm eyeing http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item... as it seems like a good deal but I'm not sure if my motherboard's compatible. I'm using an M4A785-M from Asus. The wattage and chipset seems to be supported but I was hoping someone could let me know if it indeed would work before I go any further.
