AMD 6950 Crossfire Color Issue

I am running dual 6950's in crossfire with a single bridge. I can run games in window mode just fine, but if I switch to full window, a majority of the image goes to negative colors. I can run it fine if I turn off crossfire. Has anyone else had this problem and what can be done to fix it. Running amd bulldozer on an asus Formula VI board with 16 gigs of ram.
